How Desk Notes work
- Write a note and press Add note (or Ctrl+Enter). Pick a colour to group things: yellow for today, blue for ideas, green for done-soon.
- Click a note's text to edit it; changes save as you type.
- 📌 pins a note to the top. ✓ ticks it off (it fades but stays until you delete it).
- Search finds notes by any word in them.
Where are my notes saved?
In this browser only (local storage), so they're private and work offline, but they don't follow you to another computer. Use Back up to save a small file, and Restore to load it in another browser: notes are added, and if the same note is in both, the newer one is kept.
Will clearing my browser delete them?
Yes: clearing this site's data removes the notes. If they matter, back them up now and then. You can keep up to 200 notes of up to 2,000 characters each.
