Tinymo is run by Dream Talkies, based in Sri Lanka. By using the site you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Using the tools

The web tools on Tinymo are free to use for personal and commercial work. They are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Always double-check important results.

Apps and games

Our apps and games are free to download and use on your own devices. You may not resell or redistribute them without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at high volume, or use it for anything illegal.

Buying projects and idea packs

When you buy a ready-made project or an idea pack, you get a licence to use, change and deploy it for your own business or for one client project. You may not resell or share the files themselves. Prices are in US dollars and include everything listed on the project page; setup, hosting and changes are separate unless listed.

After payment you get a download link by email. It works 10 times for 30 days; create an account with the same email to download your purchases again at any time. Payments by card are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. If we send an invoice instead, the download link follows once it is paid.

Fix-or-refund, 14 days. Because you get the files straight away, digital purchases cannot be returned just because you changed your mind. If a file is broken, incomplete or not as described, tell us within 14 days of buying (reply to your receipt, or use "Report a problem" on the purchase in your account). We, or the seller, will fix it first; if it can't be fixed within 7 days, you get a full refund to your original payment method. This does not affect any rights you have under your local consumer law.

Selling on Tinymo

You may sell only work you created or have the right to sell, without client data, secrets or other people's paid assets. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and uploads are checked for unsafe files. You set a price for each licence (personal, commercial, extended); buyers get the rights described on the listing.

Tinymo keeps a fee and pays you the rest: 15% for your first 12 months as a founding seller, then 20% (unless agreed otherwise in writing). Each earning is held for 14 days so buyers can report a problem; if a purchase is refunded because the files are broken, incomplete or not as described, that earning is reversed (or taken from your next payout if already paid). Payouts go to the payout email on your seller profile. We may pause a seller account or remove a listing that breaks these rules.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 to use the site and at least 18 (or have a parent's permission) to buy or sell. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can close it at any time, and we may close an account that breaks these terms.

Our content

The site, its design, Mo and the other characters, and our apps and games belong to Dream Talkies. Sellers keep the rights to their own work and let us show and deliver it on Tinymo.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Tinymo is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or its tools.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from then on (purchases keep the terms they were made under). These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
